1. If bidders have objections to the above results, they can raise objections online to the purchaser during the public notice period. The contact information of the procurement agent can be found in the procurement announcement.

2. If the bidder is not satisfied with the result of the objection handling, they can file a complaint with the audit compliance management department of Chery Group. 

3. According to the requirements of the Procurement and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China, the Implementation Regulations of the Procurement and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China, the procurement documents or inquiry and negotiation documents of the purchaser, the invitation letter, etc., the conditions for raising objections and the circumstances for rejection are hereby notified as follows:

The objection materials should include the following:

(1) The name, address, and valid contact information of the objector;

(2) Project name, project number, and section number;

(3) Name of the objector;

(4) Specific objections, basic facts, and necessary supporting materials;

(5) Clear requests and claims;

(6) The date on which the objection was raised.

If the objector is a legal person or other organization, it shall be signed and stamped with the official seal by the legal representative or its authorized agent. 

If the objector needs to modify or supplement the objection materials, they shall submit the modified or supplemented materials within the objection period.

Any of the following situations shall not be accepted:

(1) The subject raising the objection does not comply with laws and regulations, as well as the procurement documents, inquiry and negotiation documents, and invitation letters of the purchaser;

(2) If the time for raising objections exceeds the prescribed time limit for the validity period of the bid;

(3) Incomplete objection materials;

(4) The disputed matter contains subjective speculation and other content, and no effective clues have been provided, making it difficult to verify;

(5) Objections to the detailed content of other bidders' bidding documents and inability to provide legal source channels;

(6) The objection has entered the complaint handling, administrative reconsideration, or administrative litigation procedures.
