The competition was held under the theme “Outstanding Skills, Satisfied Hundred” with the goal of comprehensively enhancing the professionalism and practical capabilities of Chery’s global technical service teams through multi-faceted skill challenges. The event not only tested participants’ theoretical knowledge of core technologies like vehicle repair and maintenance but also placed strong emphasis on their ability to tackle complex, real-world problems. This approach fully reflects Chery’s strategic focus on building a technology-driven company and strengthening its service foundation as the brand continues to expand globally.
Against the backdrop of the global automotive industry’s accelerated transition toward new energy and intelligent technologies, highly skilled talent has become a key driver of high-quality international expansion. As a leading Chinese automaker, Chery has been the top passenger vehicle exporter among Chinese brands for 22 consecutive years and was the first Chinese auto company to achieve over 5 million cumulative vehicle exports. In the 2025 Fortune Global 500, Chery Group climbed to 233rd place, marking the fastest ascent among global automotive manufacturers. To date, Chery has served over 17.18 million users worldwide, including more than 5.17 million overseas customers. This solid user base provides strong support for the continued globalization of its service brand.
The upcoming Global Finals, taking place from October 11 to 13, will serve not only as a stage for technical skills but also as a key platform for showcasing Chery’s global service philosophy and promoting cultural exchange. The event will feature a series of activities—including an opening ceremony, written exams, hands-on assessments, a service forum, and an awards ceremony—seamlessly blending competition, communication, and learning. Corporate guests, participants from around the world, and media representatives will come together to witness what is hailed as the “Olympics” of service technology.
The theme of the competition—“Outstanding Skills, 100% Satisfaction”—reflects Chery’s brand DNA of pursuing technical excellence. “Outstanding Skills” represents Chery’s commitment to mastery across the entire technical chain—from quality inspection to after-sales service—emphasizing excellence in both theory and practice. “100% Satisfaction” embodies Chery’s promise of service quality, translating the craftsman spirit of “zero error, zero defect” into a measurable standard. Together, these values resonate with the philosophy of Chery’s service brand, “CHERY FAMILY CARE,” which stands for “family-like care.” The goal is to deliver a more reliable and warmer vehicle experience to global users through a standardized, professional, and human-centered service system.
The competition is not only a test of technical proficiency but also serves a broader purpose: to foster learning, training, and capacity-building through competitive engagement. It aims to strengthen the development of global technical talent, drive the standardization and innovation of new energy and intelligent vehicle maintenance, promote the spirit of craftsmanship, and enhance international collaboration. By establishing such a high-level, cross-cultural exchange platform, Chery is boosting the synergy of its global service network—transitioning strategically from "technology going global" to "service taking root worldwide."
With the conclusion of the national-level competitions, the Global Finals are quickly approaching. This grand gathering will bring together Chery’s top technical talents from around the world, promising to be a spectacular showcase of the company’s profound technical expertise and service commitment as an international enterprise. Serving as a key initiative, the competition reinforces Chery’s “dual-driven” development strategy—continuing to lead in product and technology innovation while further embedding its service brand across global markets. Through these efforts, Chery aims to deliver greater value to users worldwide and establish a standout “service hallmark” in the globalization of China’s automotive industry.
